Thirty days and counting until I fly away and off to London! It's hard to believe that the summer has flown by so quickly, and fall has arrived. With two more weeks left of work here, I haven't got much to show for packing preparations besides lists; many lists.
Thirty days left in Canada, then I'm off to start my teaching career, in London. Many of you may ask, Why London? In short, I've always wanted to see the world. I travelled to Bolivia, South America after high school and caught the travel bug. So I knew I wanted to travel after graduating from Education, but I also wanted to start working as soon as possible. London looked like the perfect solution. Plus I found a great agency run by a very helpful and supportive woman who just happens to be located in Victoria as well, which was especially helpful through the many trials of passport, visa, and bank account applications!
Thirty days left in my home of the last eighteen years, then I'm off to my new home in London. I just found out that I will be living right in the heart of London, at Bonham Carter House in Camden. I can't wait to get there and start exploring!
